HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders will be confirmed and shipped within 3 business days. Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days, depending upon your location.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? Right now we accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. In the very near future we will use Pay Pal and will provide our customers the convenience of using their credit cards and, of course, payments from your Pay Pal account, if applicable.

IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK WILL YOU BACK ORDER IT OR CANCEL MY ORDER? If is extremely unusual for a product to be out of stock. However, if this does happen, we will contact you and discuss the options available such as waiting on our supplier to get the product to us, switching to a similar product, etc.
